Here's the rear suspension going together, you can see the stainless brake lines, the QA1 adjustable shocks, and the restored panhard rod.
This is the custom front suspension getting ready for installation. This uses QA1 adjustable coil-overs for adjustable ride height, an adjustable sway bar, and the largest 12" brakes that will fit in the 15" wheels.
This lift table from Harbor Freight makes crossmember removal a snap.
New hoses and band clamps for the fuel tanks. The Tiger uses a tank on the left and right side, with a cross-over pipe connecting the two.
Here I am doing a rough alignment immediately before installing the crossmember. I have a laser alignment setup for fine tuning later.
Lifted into place, clearances are tight, but it fits perfectly!..

The workshop is a mess!
Here you can see the new suspension and cross member from the engine compartment, as well as the fuse panel mounted where the voltage regulator used to be.

The assembly mounting above the crossmember helps locate a modified steering linkage.
Fuel tanks cleaned and coated with the Renu tank coating, guaranteed never to rust. They also welded in a return tube for the fuel injection, barely visible next to the filler neck on the tank in the upper portion of this pic.

Included here are an excellent original fuel sending unit and new gasket.

The red marks on the balance tubes are 2" from the end, helping to insure I have the hoses well centered at the joints.
