It has been a long time coming, but it is finally happening!
Once these are painted, they will be mounted to the car for a final block sand, and paint of the outside panels.
The hood and trunk will have to be painted separate from the car.

Black floors will be hidden under carpet, and will also better disappear where a little color might otherwise be exposed, like around the seat tracks.

Door jambs on body and rockers will be painted with the exterior, for that seamless finish.
Doors mounted, the insides will be masked for the final application of BRG paint.
The car really will look better than it did new!
Door will be loaded with a weight equal to the glass and mechanicals, for final alignment.

Here the doors are mounted and latches aligned before drilling the holes for the side trim. This is an important step to insure that the small chrome trim that runs along the side of the car is straight, and lines up from panel to panel with the Tiger script on the front fender..
